We’re Jack and Luke DeCorso, cousins and proud owners of this vacation haven in Davenport, FL. Owning a rental property has been a lifelong dream, and we’re excited to share it with you!
Whether you're escaping the winter chill, visiting Disney or Universal, or just soaking up the Florida sun, Casa DeCorso offers the perfect getaway - comfortable, family-friendly, and packed with resort-style amenities.

Clubhouse Details
There is no code or passes required to enter the Clubhouse. Here you will find some great amenities to take advantage of during your stay, such as pools, lazy river, hot tub, splash playground, cabanas, hammocks, loungers, tiki bar and more!
Our home is roughly a 10-minute walk to the Clubhouse, but feel free to drive there if that is easier (there is public parking surrounding the exterior).
Clubhouse Hours: 6 AM–8 PM daily
Gym opens early, Sport Courts and Pool are available from 10 AM–8 PM, and the Bar serves drinks from 11 AM–8 PM.

What is the check-in and check-out time at Casa DeCorso?
Check-in time at Casa DeCorso is 4:00 PM, allowing our team to ensure the home is prepared to the highest standard. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, giving our housekeeping staff ample time to refresh the space for incoming guests. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
